Premium is not a feature you unlock company by company. It opens the whole base at once, and it stays open for a year.
Switch it on once. Every hour we look at the vacancies posted since the last check and send your CV to each one for your rank on the fleets you have sailed — while you are ready to work, never to a company you excluded.

No. We sell a place at the top of the list and access to contacts, not a contract. What Premium changes is that crewing managers see your CV before the free ones, and that you can write to them yourself instead of only waiting to be found.
