The mainstream of Primtanco activity includes arrangement of selection and recruitment of Russian high-quality trained seafarers for sea-service on the ships of the foreign Ship’s Owners and sailing under the foreign flags. Maritime Agency Primtanco is licensed by Russian Migration Authorities with rights to employ the citizens of Russian Federation abroad of Russia. The quality management system is proved by Certificate of Compliance issued by the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Centre for Coordination of Services on Recruitment and Placement of the Russian seafarers on ships flying foreign flag”. Maritime Agency Primtanco is a member of “Association of Companies Over Selection, Training and Employment of Russian Seafarers” registered by Chamber of Registry in St. Petersburg mayor’s office on 15-th August, 1997.
