Maintain ultimate command and responsibility for the safety of the vessel, crew, cargo, and the marine environment in compliance with international and national regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS).Supervise and direct all cargo operations, including LNG loading, discharging, boil-off gas (BOG) management, inerting, gassing up, and cool-down procedures.Ensure strict adherence to OCIMF, SIGTTO, and terminal safety guidelines during ship-shore interfaces.Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multicultural crew, fostering proactive hazard identification and robust Bridge Resource Management (BRM).Manage vessel administration, including voyage planning, regulatory compliance, Port State Control inspections and budget control.Maintain effective communication with charterers, port authorities, and company management.What We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with ntinuous professional development and training opportunities.
