Consolidated Training Systems

Consolidated Training Systems Inc (CTSI) is a Manila-area maritime and offshore training provider and was the first in the Philippines to offer Global Wind Organisation standard courses. It is accredited by MARINA and holds OPITO, GWO, UK MCA, Norwegian Maritime Directorate and ISO 9001 (DNV) recognitions, delivering STCW, OPITO and GWO courses. Its head office recently moved to the MOA Complex in Pasay City, with practical sites in Tanza, Cavite.
