CERONAV Romanian Maritime Training Centre

CERONAV, the Romanian Maritime Training Centre established in 1976, is a self-financed public institution under the Romanian Ministry of Transport and the designated national body for training sea-going, river, port and offshore personnel. It provides over 200 STCW courses for approximately 20,000 trainees per year across campuses in Constanta and Galati. Its STCW courses are approved by the Romanian Naval Authority, and it holds OPITO, GWO and Nautical Institute accreditations plus Marlins Approved Test Centre status.
