Descrição: ABM is an “Independent” Manning Agency, specializing in the employment of Indonesian Seafarers. ABM serves many different principals. Nowadays we are providing our services to 7 (seven) principals who control more than 30 vessels, of all types and sizes (Bulkers, Tankers, Containers, RoRo’s, LPG’s, Cruise Ship; Including River Ship and Offshore). From those vessels are under mixed with Indonesian; Ukraine, Sri-lanka, Filipino, Romanian crew, including Masters and Chief Engineers. ABM has been active in Jakarta-Indonesia Crew Manning Services since 2002. In our seamen pool we have seamen serving with us continuously more than 10 years. We have seamen started with us as apprentices and now are high ranking Officers or Masters and Chief Engineers. We serve principals with all type and size of ships; we have ships on service with Mixed crew with no problem at all. We act as pure Manning Office by selecting and recruiting the ranks the principal wishes. ABM, is continuously developing its services in order to meet with its Principal’s needs and same time to comply with the requirements of D.G.S.T. with a National License SIUPPAK no.18.3/2015, ISO 9001-2008 LRQA and MLC2006 Lloyd Register (ASIA) In the premises of ABM-Jakarta, it has been organized and operating an “In-House Seamen’s Training and Competence Defining System”. Furthermore, professional “Pre-departure Orientation Seminar” is conducted, in accordance with I.S.M. Code and S.T.C.W. requirements and in compliance with each Principal’s Management Quality and Safety Policy Manuals.
