Excellence and Competency Training Center

EXACT (Excellence and Competency Training Center), operating since 2001 in Sampaloc, Manila, provides MARINA-accredited maritime training and assessment across navigation, seamanship, engineering, marine pollution, safety, security, communication and offshore courses. It is an ISO-registered firm certified as a Maritime Simulator Centre and Maritime Training Centre under DNV supervision. Its MARINA accreditation runs to 6 September 2032.
