Training Center of Seafarers Avant

Avant Seafarers Training Center, operating since 2003 under a licence from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, delivers STCW certification, tanker, cruise and Maritime English training in a blended online/offline format. Its certificates are approved by the maritime administrations of Ukraine, Panama, Dominica, Liberia and the Marshall Islands. It operates two branches and issues internationally recognised STCW certificates valid for five years.
