Описание: Marine Solutionz is a group of young and vibrant seafarers who have worked on various ascending ranks and after reaching pinnacle of their onboard career have shifted ashore. Having worked with crew of various nationalities, we can now tackle varying mindsets with conviction and lead them to common end. It is after a respectable stint on board that we felt the need to bring some harmony into the chaotic environment of crew management. During our onboard stint into various ranks and with different employers/companies, we observed that the demands for quality seafarers are increasing nowadays. Although the companies are willing to spend mega bucks on their development and growth, they are still unable to meet the expectations of the seafarers.
