Odesa Maritime Training Center
Institute of Postgraduate Education Odesa Maritime Training Center, founded on 17 March 1998, provides STCW certification and refresher training for seafarers. Its quality system was approved by DNV in 1999 and its ISO 9001:2015 certification confirmed via Bureau Veritas Ukraine in 2018. Programs include ECDIS, ice navigation, high-voltage installations, Bridge Team and Resource Management, elementary first aid, and independent seafarer testing with Maritime English assessment.
