COMPASS Training Center

Competent Maritime Professionals and Sea Staff (COMPASS) Training Center, established in 2009 in Malate, Manila, delivers MARINA-accredited STCW and specialised training and assessment for Filipino and foreign seafarers. Its programs comply with the STCW 2010 Manila Amendments and its quality system meets DNV-GL and ISO 9001 standards. It operates branches in Manila, Iloilo and Silang.
