Jasa Merin Ship Management Sdn Bhd (“JMSM”) was set up to undertake ship management functions for the Downstream Division of Marine & General Berhad (“M&G”). The M&G downstream division commenced operation in 2016 and currently owns a fleet of 4 Chemical tankers and 3 CPP tankers, held under several Ship Owning Companies ("SOCs") with fleet expansion planned over the next several years to meet market demand.
