CREW SELECTING PROCEDURES Every crew applied here has to be taken following three steps we carefully check for our crew quality and skill. Only those who have obtained our satisfaction in three steps will be processed to propose to our Owners. As we would like to supply good and qualified crew to our partners’ fleet and maintain our crew reputation and partners’ relationship. Please kindly see the followed three steps: 1. English Communication Skill When crew comes to our office for application, 1) Crew has to answer English Test for their English Level. By Company English skill test Score shall be higher than 65%. 2) Crew has to answer interview with our company. 3) After the crew passed the above mentioned two, crew will be interviewed by Capt. HLA MIN. All the crew we proposed, have been processed the mentioned above three steps for being processed for proposing to owner company. 2. Health Condition is in fit to serve on board. 3. Sea Service and History check to ensure strict sobriety and performance 4. Assessments of Knowledge and Experience 5. Attitude and Personality 6. Crew has to sign a statement with special requirements to work on our fleet. ( such as SEA contract, Alcohol Limitation, No Food Restrictions, Strict Follow Company Rules and Regulations etc.,) 7. Crew will be briefed and acknowledged the respective wage arrangement and procedures in advance.
