To join team of MSC Cruises as an 1st Engineer you need to have : To join our team as an 1st Engineer you need to have: Experience: Proven experience aboard passenger vessels, demonstrating advanced knowledge ofengineering systems specific to modern cruise ships. Qualification: Hold a valid License III/2, compliant with international maritime standards. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Wartsila propulsion systems, Azipod propulsion, and state-of-the-artengineering apparatus. Communication Skills: Intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English to ensure seamlesscollaboration with the team and stakeholders.
