What your account plugs into
Three steps to your first application
1. Create your company
Register in the app and fill in the profile — name, fleet, licence, contacts. Your company page goes live in the crewing directory in all 12 languages of the site.
2. Publish your vacancies
Add each opening with position, fleet, vessel type, salary and joining date. Vacancies are free and unlimited, and every one of them gets its own indexed page.
3. Reach the candidates
Seafarers apply to you directly. When you want to move first, open a candidate profile with a credit, take Premium for the whole base, or promote the vacancy with a campaign.
Plans
Publishing your company and your vacancies is free. You pay when you want to reach candidates faster than the queue.
Free
- Company page in the crewing directory
- Unlimited vacancies, each with its own page
- Applications from seafarers, straight to your email
- Indexed in 12 languages
- Candidate profiles opened one credit at a time
Premium
- Everything in Free
- Full candidate profiles across the whole base
- 10 candidate credits every month, 100 on the yearly plan
- Your company sits at the top of the crewing directory
- Direct contacts wherever the seafarer has agreed to be contacted
- Needs a verified company profile
Max
- Everything in Free
- REST API for your ATS — 200 requests a minute, 20,000 a day
- Candidate access is bought separately
Partner
- Everything in Premium
- Every candidate profile opens — no credits to count
- REST API for your ATS — 300 requests a minute, 30,000 a day
- Dedicated manager
- Priority support
Billed for the period you pick and cancellable at any time. A paid plan opens candidate profiles for as long as it runs; your free company page never expires.
For volumes the plans above are not written for: your own contract, your own API limits, and an account we switch on by hand once the terms are agreed.
- 600 API requests a minute, 3,000,000 a month
- Bulk vacancy import, up to 500 in one call
- Terms, invoicing and support written around your volume
Connect your own ATS
Max is the plan sold for the API: your own system publishes the vacancies and takes the applications back, with nobody retyping anything. Partner includes it, and any account can wire the integration up in a free sandbox first.
Vacancies, both directions
Import openings from your system and publish them, or read what is already live. A repeat import updates the same vacancy instead of creating a twin, and a retried request never doubles it.
Applications in your pipeline
Read applications, move them across the hiring board and write statuses back. Ask for everything that changed since your last sync, or let the events come to you.
Webhooks instead of polling
A new application, a status change or a withdrawal reaches your endpoint in seconds — signed, timestamped and retried, with the delivery history kept for you to check.
Limits you can plan a sync against
200 requests a minute, 20,000 a day and 600,000 a month on Max. A bulk import carries up to 100 vacancies in one call, and every response says how much you have left.
A sandbox that behaves like production
A twin company with its own key: publishing, applications, the board and webhooks all work, and its vacancies never reach the site, the search or the Telegram channels. It costs nothing.
Written to be coded against
An OpenAPI spec with Swagger and ReDoc, a Postman collection and a TypeScript client. Keys are scoped to what you allow, you rotate or revoke them yourself, and every call lands in your own access log.
The API comes with Max and with Partner. Documentation, keys and the sandbox open in your company account as soon as the plan is active; enterprise volumes get their own limits by contract.
Take MaxOr pay per candidate
Buy a pack of credits and spend one to open a candidate. The bigger the pack, the less each candidate costs.
Larger volumes go lower still — $5 per candidate from 1000 credits. Credits are valid for one year from purchase and one pack is active at a time. A single bulk unlock covers up to 100 candidates.
Promote a vacancy
Two ways to push one vacancy further: a package on the site, or the same package plus paid posts in the Telegram channels seafarers read.
- 30 days on the site
- In the Telegram channel of your fleet
- Tracking links
Core
- Telegram posts: 2

One-time price per campaign, in USD. The vacancy itself stays free and published whether you run a campaign on it or not.
Hiring all year round
A subscription runs campaigns continuously instead of one vacancy at a time — for companies with a rotation to fill every month.
- Monthly Starter $199 / 30 days Up to 5 campaigns in the period
- Monthly Pro $499 / 30 days Up to 15 campaigns in the period
- Yearly Starter $1,910 / 365 days Up to 60 campaigns in the period
- Yearly Pro $4,790 / 365 days Up to 180 campaigns in the period
Billed for the period shown. Yearly plans run 365 days.
A campaign posts your vacancy in the one channel its fleet belongs to. Telegram advertising adds the other channels, post volume, pinning, the slot above the feed and posts written by the channel itself — bought per post, without registration.
- from $10 per post
- $29 for all 5 channels
Questions crewing companies ask
Does it cost anything to publish vacancies?
No. Creating a company profile and publishing vacancies is free and unlimited, with no card required and no time limit. You pay only for candidate access, Premium or a campaign.
What exactly does paying open?
A verified company with an active credit or subscription sees the full candidate profile instead of the masked one. Direct contact details are disclosed where the seafarer has consented to be contacted — that consent is theirs to give, and nothing is sold around it.
How much is one candidate?
Ten dollars for a single credit, nine in a pack of ten, and down to five when you buy a thousand at once. Credits stay valid for a year.
What does a campaign actually do?
It keeps one vacancy featured on the site, posts it in the Telegram channel of its fleet, and on the larger packages pins it, adds an urgent badge and writes the ad copy for you. Advertising across every channel is sold separately, per post.
Which plan opens the API?
Max — it is the plan sold for the API — and Partner, which includes everything Max has. Your keys work for as long as the subscription runs and stop when it lapses, with nothing to revoke by hand. The whole integration can be wired up in a free sandbox before you buy.
What does Partner add on top of Max?
Every candidate profile opens without spending a credit, the API moves up a tier, and a manager of your own comes with it. Everything Max does, Partner does too — the API included, and everything Premium carries with it.
Do you take a commission on the hire?
No. Seafarers apply to you directly and there is no fee on the contract, the placement or the salary.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The period you paid for runs out and simply stops; your company page, your vacancies and any credits you still hold stay as they are.
