The role includes planning, coordinating, and delivering entertainment, social activities, and public relations functions, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction while promoting the company’s image and values.CRITICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSProven professional background in the entertainment and hospitality industry.Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience onboard cruise ships.Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certification.Very good command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage.Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural, guest-facing environment.
