Our main goals are To recruit and select the best qualified and motivated personnel to be assigned to our Principal’s vessels and offshore special units. Corona Crewing recognizes that a high good quality crew is essential for the safe and cost effective maritime operations. In this respect Corona developed a high standard Recruitment and Selection process , which include preliminary selection of CV, direct interview together with the owner’s representative, thoroughly reference check of all interested candidates . The selected personnel are appointed for further tests and interview as per owner’s employment / assignment procedure such as : English languages proficiency , technical interview and psychological assessment .
