This role ensures exceptional service standards while supporting the Bar & Restaurant Operations Manager the execution of operations across all Food & Beverage outlets, fosters a world-class dining environment, drives staff development, maintaining service excellence and drive financial performance.Experience & Education:Minimum 2 as Restaurant Manager, or Maître D’ in a cruise line or upscale hospitality environment.High School Diploma or GED (required); additional certifications in Hospitality or F&B Management are a plus.
