Places guests and room information in the appropriate front desk system and communicates this information to the appropriate personnel. Schedules/Trains/Review the front office staff Supervises workload during shifts Evaluates the job performance of each front office employee Qualifications Experience in relevant position Knowledge of English Professional attitude and appearance Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment
