APPLY NOW - Rank: F&B ADMINContract: 3:3 monthsEmbarkation: 29.04.2026Type: Cruise ShipGRT/ Size: 24344 Grt / 1000 pax maxPrimary Responsibility of the Role:Provide secretarial services to Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and general F&B vide accurate verbal and written translation as and when needed in dealing with various situations within the F&B Department.Assist with menu translation, design, and printing for all outlets and other areas if required.Assist with printing food labels, posters and advertisements for the department.Assist in monitoring and addressing all topics related to the working and rest hour records of the Crew within the F&B Department.Assist in monitoring to correct entrees of all PH logs and records as required by the Company and the PH institutions.Assist with proper monitoring and recording of all Material inventories within the F&B Department.Assist in ensuring all Event Orders, Special Requests, and Personnel records are maintained accurately and ordinate incoming and outgoing mail (including express services).Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.Assist F&B Operations when needed in delivering exceptional services to Residents.Always maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.RequirementsStrong knowledge and experience in Public Health Rules and Regulations related to VSPPrevious experience in the position.Excellent working knowledge of food and ficiency in English and additional languages are a plus.Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher)Good knowledge in MXP
