Vacancies

We offer companies to post up to 100 active vacancies for free. This is enough to cover the needs even for a mid-sized crewing operation.

Verification

We care about sailors' safety, so we verify all employers. To obtain the verified company status ("check mark"), you need to confirm that you exist in reality. Usually we ask to show a crewing activity license or a corporate website where it is visible that you are engaged in recruitment.

Verified companies receive more responses — seafarers trust them.

Service Companies

If you do not recruit workers, but help with documents, training, or conduct medical examinations — you can also join us. Create a profile and describe your services. The only thing is, during registration uncheck the "I provide employment services" checkbox to avoid misleading people.

Direct access to candidates

Verified crewing agencies can configure CV delivery directly to email. The seafarer clicks "Apply," and his CV is sent to your inbox. This is free and saves time — no need to constantly monitor your account on the site.
