Identity Verification

To complete identity verification on the Crewings Me site, you must meet two conditions:

1. Filling out the seaman’s application form 📄

Before starting the verification, you need to fill out the seaman’s application form. This is necessary so that your profile is fully completed and you can apply for vacancies. After filling out the application form, you will be able to proceed with the verification.

2. Uploading the document 🛳️

To verify your identity you must upload a scanned copy of a document confirming your identity. This can be the seaman’s passport or an international passport. The photo should clearly show your full name in LATIN letters and your date of birth.

❗️ After uploading the document, you need to select "verify identity" in the actions for that specific document.

Getting the Bonus

After fulfilling all conditions, you can receive a bonus to your account. To do this, click the "Get" button in the profile balance section.

The identity verification process takes from 5 minutes to 3 business days. After the verification is completed you will receive a notification. For all seamen who independently filled out the application form and successfully completed the verification, a bonus of $5 will be credited to their account. The bonus can be used to pay for services on the Crewings Me site.
