Identity verification

Identity verification is needed to confirm that you are a real person, not a bot. This increases trust with crewing agencies and opens access to bonuses.

It’s simple. There are two steps:

1. Fill out the application form 📄

First — the basics. Fill out your profile so it’s clear who you are and for what position you are applying. Verifying an empty profile doesn’t make sense.

2. Upload the document 🛳️

Upload a scanned copy of the seaman’s passport or international passport. The main requirement is that the full name in Latin characters and the date of birth are clearly visible.

After uploading, locate this document in the list, press the actions menu, and choose "Verify identity". Without this action, the verification will not start.

Bonus

Verification usually takes from 5 minutes to a couple of days. As soon as we confirm that everything is in order, you will receive a notification and a blue checkmark.
