Knowledge and hands-on experience with POS desirable; High level of awareness about food intolerance and allergies on Restaurant and Bar menus; Knowledge and experience in Public Health Rules and Regulations related to VSP desirable; Perform other duties as assigned by the respective department head or ship management.
